Order Cancellation Guidelines

At Glimoraer, we understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your jewelry order within 24 hours of purchase completion. Please note that a processing and administrative fee of 5% of your total order value will be deducted to cover transaction costs and system processing.

Important Notes:

• Cancellations are only accepted within the same calendar day of purchase
• Once your order has been processed for shipping, cancellation is no longer possible
• Order modifications that require complete cancellation will receive 100% refund, with the new order processed separately

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@glimoraer.shop with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Processing Time: Cancellation requests are processed within 2-4 business hours during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days after cancellation approval.
