Q: Can I modify my order after placing it? A: Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they’re placed due to our fast processing system. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at support@glimoraer.shop and we may be able to cancel your order so you can place a new one.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long does shipping take? A: Processing takes 2-3 business days, then:

  • Standard International: 7-12 business days (FREE over $75, $9.99 under $75)
  • Express International: 5-8 business days ($19.99)
  • Priority Express: 3-5 business days ($29.99)

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we ship from Shenzhen, China to all 50 US states. We’re working on expanding to other countries soon.

Q: How can I track my order? A: You’ll receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s portal. We provide regular updates on location and delivery status.

Q: What if my order doesn’t arrive? A: If your order doesn’t arrive within 20 business days, we’ll provide a full refund or send a replacement at no cost. Contact us immediately if you experience delivery issues.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day return window from delivery date. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging included. Free return shipping for defective items; customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns.

Q: What items cannot be returned? A: Custom/personalized jewelry, earrings (hygiene reasons), items worn or damaged by customer, items missing original packaging, and items returned after the 30-day period.

Q: How do I start a return? A: Email us at support@glimoraer.shop within the return window with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and authorization.

Q: How long do refunds take? A: After we receive and inspect your return (2-3 business days), refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Credit cards take 3-5 days, PayPal 1-3 days, bank transfers 5-10 days.

Q: Are your jewelry pieces real/authentic? A: Yes, all our jewelry is authentic and made with genuine materials as described. Each piece undergoes quality inspection before shipping, and we provide certificates of authenticity when applicable.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry? A: Store pieces separately in soft pouches, avoid exposure to chemicals and moisture, clean gently with appropriate jewelry cleaners, and remove before swimming, exercising, or showering.

Q: Do you offer sizing guides? A: Yes, we provide detailed sizing charts for rings and other items on each product page. If you’re unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering.

Q: What if I receive a defective item? A: Contact us immediately at support@glimoraer.shop with photos of the issue. We’ll provide a FREE return label and send a replacement or full refund right away.
